CEO and Founder
Johan is a South African, who worked in China and now lives in France. He has worked with a variety of nationalities and cultures, bringing a wealth of experience and awareness of the struggles and success that can come with employing international staff. Since 2018, Johan has been involved in another recruitment company with his wife, which gave him a real insight into the difficulties companies now face when hiring remote working teams. He started Online Talent Solutions ‘OTS’, to facilitate and take the stress away from companies whilst also being affordable so that companies of all sizes can enjoy the ease of hiring with OTS. Johan is an avid golfer and rugby fan, often either on the course or watching a match in his free time. He also loves to travel and see as much as he can of one place!
Madelein Kirsten
The Mother

Madelein is also from South Africa, and is a serial entrepreneur. Madelein always has her finger on the pulse and is ready with the next idea. From reading centres to events supplier, she has experienced it all, which means OTS will always be at the forefront of online recruitment! Offering a safe and secure working environment is just one of the unique add-ons at OTS, and Madelein will personally be there to meet and greet your staff. Often described as the loveliest woman you’ll ever meet, we can’t wait for your staff to experience the same. Madelein’s also very creative, crocheting fabulous baskets, dog toys and clothing for friends and family, but nothing beats a good book by a pool in the sunshine.
Attie Kirsten

You might spot a theme here, Attie is our third and final South African. Attie is best known for never sitting down, having owned a well known funeral business in SA for over 20yrs, it’s safe to say that Attie not only has a lot of stories but has also experienced everything from HR to Development, to Accounting and Logistics. He brings this wealth of understanding to OTS to ensure we are up to date with the latest labour laws and employee payments and benefits so you don’t have to worry. He can also personally relate to the hiring and firing of staff and how crucial it is to have the best team in place to catapult your success. Attie loves the outdoors, whether it’s taking the boat out on the dam, fishing or a good old braai, Attie will always be there to make you feel part of the family.
